Rimworld wall lights. I tend to use torches more than lamps i beat the game for the first time on cassandra rough and didn t use any lamps but that might change with the a15 balance change of torches. Wall lights will allow you to gain space in all rooms instead of wasting tiles with standing lamps.
Activate the mod in the mod menu in the game. Can be configured like the regular wall lights. When enabled it will add new lights with the colors. Interior areas built larger than this will remain partially unroofed.
They must be placed on an impassable tile facing a passable one. Can be disabled if you have no use for them. A roof is an area of cover from the elements. Prisons med bay and common areas are usually the only places i use lights and i use switches in prison med bay for when they re not in use.
The wall lights mod adds a new light object that can be mounted on walls. Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts.
